I had a great stay at this hotel with spacious accommodations and lovely amenities, perfect for families. The pool area is wonderful, and the service was generally attentive, although I encountered some challenges with room service. Overall, it's a beautiful property, but for the price I expect flawless service throughout.

I had an amazing time at the hotel. The pools are fantastic and really fun for kids, plus the grounds are beautifully kept. The staff was attentive and responsive to our needs, especially when we faced issues with housekeeping at first. The dining options were better than typical hotel fare, but it still could use a bit more variety. Overall, it's a great place to spend a family vacation, although I recommend asking for a quiet room to avoid hallway noise.
